Domestic Shipping Policy

Nana Hats ships all our customer’s domestic orders via USPS unless otherwise specified in your checkout. 

Customer orders are processed within 3-5 calendar days, however with high demand or carrier weather issues, your order may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified via email of any pending delay. Please be sure that when you are placing your order that you submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping information. Nana Hats will only ship to matching billing and shipping addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

All Nana Hat online orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days. Nana Hats is not responsible for any processing or delivery on orders placed with one of our retail partners.
