Nana Hat customer support hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Our offices are closed weekends and all recognized US holidays. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of completed transaction and any order that falls on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.
